Your nature pages are lovely, and I like the button edge peeking out too. The only niche I ever made in an altered book had little lizards in it--for the Shakespeare witches "bubble, bubble toil and trouble" chant. I was trying to come up with some of the witches brew ingredients! You will find something beautiful for your niche...I bet you could locate a butterfly from somewhere, real or artificial.
