Day dreaming and a giveaway

The other day I was picturing all the things I'd love to do to our house. Of course, since that money tree hasn't taken root, we're still in the day dreaming stage. I think I'd start with our downstairs bathroom since it's the smallest room in the house. I really want a new vanity for starters.


I really like the look of this one. I'd put a skirt around the inside perimeter to hide the essentials.  I'd also love to wallpaper the wall with book pages. Wouldn't that be fun!

Ok...enough with the day dreaming for today. Let's get on with the giveaway...

    Hi Halle, I love your blog and have so enjoyed my visit here. Your bathroom ideas are going to be wonderful. We redesigned and updated our master bath last winter. It was much needed and so glad to have it done after 3 weeks work. You will have a great time when your dream becomes a reality.

    By the way, I once bought a house with a bathroom wallpapered in Chinese newspaper. We ended up replacing the drywall because it got destroyed when we tried to steam/soak the newspaper off! The book pages might not be a great idea.

They are so adorable until they eat one of your prized flowers...I don't even try except for hanging plants because I literally live in the woods, which I think you saw on my blog post for the blog hop of studios - that converted barn is also my house!
