Green tea??

This is what I'm drinking this morning instead of tea. It's a recipe I discovered on Pinterest.

I tried it yesterday since I had everything on hand and was so surprised at how good it tasted. You can't taste the spinach at all!!

Here's a link to the recipe.

I'll be swinging by Kimmie's blog later to see what my friends are up today...you should too!

I wish I had grown some spinach this year, but with that layer of weeding fabric, I can't plant tiny seeds, including lettuce. I can't wait till that stuff breaks down.

Really glad you found a drink you like and tastes good, too. It looks like something Joseph fed me when I was in CA. Very, very healthy.

that looks amazing! especially if the spinach is straight out of your garden! I haven't planted any this year - maybe it's not too late?! thanks for the recipe - that looks so easy!
